A family business since 1992
Proudly a family business, McCormacks was established in 1992 by Michael McCormack with the goal of bringing the professionalism of the legal industry to strata management. This approach forms our guiding principles and has seen McCormacks appointed to some of Sydney’s most pre-eminent buildings.
McCormacks Strata Management has always focused on mid-sized and large strata schemes, one of our first buildings being the 350 apartment complex Quay West in The Rocks, Sydney. Our expertise in managing the administration and finances of mid and large size strata buildings has been developed and refined and we now see our role as one of leadership and sharing the best practice principles adopted by many of our clients.
McCormacks Strata Management has been built on the principles of sound advice with a high level of expertise and building relationships with our clients. Our history shows our relationships are successful and long term with a retention rate at over 95% by earning Our Clients’ Trust as advisers.
While we have streamlined our processes to keep costs down, we understand there is no one size fits all approach to managing a building, so we work to build a relationship with the Strata Committee that works.
