Quay Apartments

Quay Apartments is the original Sydney premium residential skyscraper. Whilst now dwarfed by its neighbours the building retains its prestige and an owners group that would be consistent with that of One Barangaroo. Managed by McCormacks since 2017.

Woolloomooloo Wharf

Developed into apartments in 2001, McCormacks have managed ‘The Wharf’ since 2012. The icon property consists of an 8-stratum BMC and over 300 apartments over 7 strata schemes. The Wharf is a technically complex property requiring a high level of accounting and budgeting service.

Their professionalism and advice is second to none. A seamless change to the best in the business. A refreshing change in management and processes!

Sydney Wharf

Sydney Wharf is a premium waterfront development in Pyrmont. A highly engaged committee and owners group with a community association for social functions and events. Managed by McCormacks since 2013.

This Kent Street, Sydney building is highly sought after as a premium residential building. Observatory Tower is 201 apartments and has a highly sophisticated owners group and committee. Managed by McCormacks since 1998.

I have personally been involved with the company for eleven years in a committee capacity, three of those as chairman. The service provided has always been first class, timely, accurate and delivered in a most pleasant fashion. I have recommended the company on several occasions

Espra

Completed in 2009, Espra comprises 3 buildings and a selection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment layouts. Designed by futurespace, the apartments are understated in style and timeless in appeal, with careful consideration having been given to the practical use of living spaces.

There has been a succession of Strata Managers since building completion. McCormacks have been far more diligent and responsive than the previous managers. I’m both relieved and thankful to have them on board, and I would recommend their services without hesitation

Located in the heart of Bondi Junction, Mirvac's award winning "SeaPoint" Residential Tower offers residents use of superb resort-like facilities for the complete lifestyle experience.

After a harrowing experience with our previous Strata managers, I have found Hugh and his supporting staff well-informed, efficient, co-operative and eager to help at all times. I’m both relieved and thankful to have them on board, and I would recommend their services without hesitation

John Street Square

Completed in 1998, John Street Square is located in Pyrmont surrounded by numerous cafes, pubs and world-class restaurants and even has its own light rail station below for easy access to and from the city.

I have found that we are now starting to resolve some long term outstanding issues that were previously left dragging along. McCormacks have inspired my faith in Strata Managers
